By using our water supply service customers are entitled to agree the following Terms and Conditions
Customer Forms
We will supply water at the customer’s venue with the proper address and marked pin location, correct details must be provided.
Your Privacy Our Concern
Customer privacy, including residence and office location, as well as contact information, is highly important
Quantity of Bottles
Bottle quantity depends on the amount of family or office members pre decided by the client and our representative for one week usage. In the course of month we are subjected to set the bottle count at your end.
Bottle Storage
For best quality, store bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ideal storage temperature is between 10°C – 25°C.The company bears no responsibility for any change in water quality, taste, or safety resulting from improper storage, including exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures, lowly maintained water coolers, dispencers or more than 15days.
Payment Terms
Charges must be paid on the rates decided at the proper intervals, by cash or online. Customers are entitled to sign the provided card on payments made.
Water Shortage
The company is not liable for the sudden increase in consumption. Emergency supply is made on the next available slots only. We encourage customers to inform when last bottle starts.
Unavoidable circumstances
Supplier may be subjected to delay due to traffic or any unavoidable circumstances. If the supply is not made on the desired day it will be delivered next 24 hrs.
Bottles Misplaced
Bottle misplaced or damaged by the customer will be charged @1600/-
No deposit Policy
No deposit policy is applicable on the regular use only. Per chance customer want to keep extra they are subjected to bottle charge @1600/-
For Hot Summer
The service provider shall not be held liable for delays in service delivery arising from extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to heatwaves, which may impact outdoor operations. Customers are kindly requested to allow for reasonable flexibility in scheduling during such periods.
